The class is open to anyone from 18 years and up.
The training starts with greeting the Dojo and the trainer. Then we do warm-up, followed by practicing falling exercises. Next the class has a short water break, then we practice the techniques of the day and finish with stretching
The Ninja Kids class is open to everyone from 6-10 years old.
The youth team is open to everyone from 10-18 years old.
NB: Parents are also welcome to join both classes.
